A month on
It’s been over a month now since I mixed my batch of mead up, it’s about ready to rack now… or it will be plenty ready whenever I have time to rack it :/ weekends are out with work, lots of work stuff to do on the weekends, I might get a day off in 2 weeks time if things quiet down if not I’ll have a leu day off on the third week. 26 hours racked up last week. Must put some effort in to looking for a new job.
As for the mead it’s fairly well rested now! Still cloudy, I was hoping the bentonite would do some super magic and clear it out more. I shouldn’t expect miricles from something that should take 3 months
